At Gearshop NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the goods and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the parcel to ensure fast processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our Christchurch return center; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
