The Salomon Elixir GTX Mid features:
- ENERGYFOAM - lightweight, responsive foam created by combining EVA and Olefin [OBC] to deliver long-lasting cushion and bouncy energy return
- All terrain Contagrip - an outsole that’s built for the widest variety of surfaces. It delivers durability & confidence on all manner of wet, dry and loose surfaces
- Water repellent SensiFit upper - cradles the foot from the midsole to the lace, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit around the foot. Treated with a waterproofing surface compound that repels water in rainy conditions
- Gore-Tex Membrane - keeps feet dry from the inside and out
- Reverse camber midsole - inspired by Salomon's ski heritage, this curved midsole geometry helps you feel like you are floating over the ground
- Nubuck leather upper - quality full-grain leather material for longer wear and durability
- Gusseted tongue - with a tongue connection on both sides of the upper, this results in tongue remaining centres while also keeping debris out of the shoe
- Sustainable - shoes are PFC and PFCec free providing an effective and sustainable construction that includes recycled materials such as PET bottles
- Active chassis - a chassis for increased guidance, uncompromised agility and fluid freedom of movement
- Flat laces - flat laces reduce pressure points over the instep for a fit that remains comfortable and consistent.
